Return & Replace Policy

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to our customers. Please contact us to discuss the problem you are having before you return goods. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you don't have to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back for repair or replacement under our six months warranty.

Repair

In six months (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), you can send them back for repairing(buyers cover the shipping fees). After we receive the products intactly, we will repair for you and ship them back to you again (We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products). Or you can also go to your local maintenance center nearby and fix the faulty items, then send us the copy of the receipt of repairing cost and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Replacement

Non-quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following conditions:
1. The products should be returned in original package.
2. The products should have not been used (except tryout).
3. The buyers will cover return and delivery shipping fees.
4. After the products sent back intactly, we will replace them with new ones and ship them back to you.
Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the delivery shipping fees to our specific account. As soon as the payment completed, we will ship the new items to you soon.

Quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), you can send them back. After we receive the products intactly, we will ship new ones for you and we will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products. Return and Partial Refund

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the one in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagined it to be”
“I am not satisfied with this product.”

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back the products in original package (buyers pay the shipping fees). After we receive the products intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
